9. Shift from fried foods to boiled, steamed or grilled foods. They’re light on the body without the thick oil wrapping it. Use lots of tomatoes, garlic, onion, ginger and other spices to make the transition tasteful.
10. If you want to still use oil, choose cholesterol-free oil. Try olive and sunflower oil for a start.
