I purchased two different computers with HP and both times, the screen went in about 1 1/2 years and was not covered under warranty.. It was not cost effective to have the screen replaced. Do not buy an HP computer that is a lap top. the pc’s are fine and the software and software backup are friendly though.

this is the 2nd time i am buying the same headphones. even though its very delicate n wobbly, its sound system is pretty awesome and clear. i usually listen to music on full volume…. and when i do with these headphones their bass quality is also pretty impressive. also for the price like this i dont know any other headphones which is as good as this one. the only negative point is, you have to take care of it and not use it roughly as its too fragile. Otherwise, you dont need to think about it before buying.

I bought this computer and thought it was a bargain until I found out that my printer, scanner and phone program won’t work on 64 bit. I called HP and they were very nice and suggested I send them $200 to up grade to Windows Professional. I asked that they send me the software to downgrade to 32 bit which would allow all my hardware to work but they said they couldn’t. So now my options are to buy a new printer,scanner and PDA cell phone or spend another $200 to upgrade Windows. This is no bargain. It took 3 phone calls and quite a long time on hold to get this answer.

Let me start off by saying that this is a fantastic laptop with great features and price and I am very happy with it. There is nothing I can add about the specs that has not already been covered in the many reviews. Its fast, responsive and can hold its own performing most tasks. And I love the HDMI output that lets me connect it to my LCD. The only thing that irks me is that this product might have the most volatile pricing on Amazon. Two days after I bought it, the price dropped like 30 dollars. Also Amazon has a policy where once they ship an item to you they will not price match it. Apart from that this is a great Laptop and you can buy this with confidence as this has the best specs in its price range.
