The toy is boring because it doesn’t do anything. It would be nice if it moved or the toys did something. Maybe if the boat made noises.

I’ve mixed feelings on this. It is a cute idea and there are so few bathtub toys on the market so we bought this when we saw it at Walmart (same price as here). But my DD likes to stand in the tub and reach for her own toys from her tub basket and this is one of those. Watch out—the end of the boat with the handle is pretty heavy so one slip and you’re little one will have some hurt toes.

Each of the sea creatures does something, squirt, is a strainer, a shovel etc and that part is cute.

But because it’s such a chunky toy it takes up a lot of tub room and it’s heavy so I wouldn’t buy it again.

Purchased for our 21 month old. We were pleased that the boat stays afloat and doesn’t tip. We do wish the front paddle actually reached the water line so that when it is spun it would throw water. He’s not strong enough to squeeze the fish and doesn’t really play with the included animals much, but he does like to put things in the boat. The set seems to be made pretty well and should hold up under rough play.

As advertised it does float, well half of it does! The back half of the bottom isnt solid so it fills with water. The toys are boring and dont do anything beisde the fish squirts. We got another brand’s boat that has a soild bottom so it floats and son loves putting toys in the new boat along with the ‘little people’ it came with. This toy is now out of the bathroom and is used in the playroom.

The boat was a bit larger than i anticipated, but it turned out for the better. My son can put many toys in the boat, and it is a very durable toy. I would not recommend this toy for a child under 1…I believe the child would be a little overwhelmed with the boat’s size. My son plays with this toy in and out of the bath tub. This boat was a GREAT find!
