I bought this swing used and it has done the job so far. It was the most quiet and space saving. My only complaint is getting my daughter in and out of it. The bar above can get in the way and you have to put the baby in a specific way to keep the head form bumping into it. The lights are also a bit annoying b/c they will only continue to play if the baby grabs the fishes hanging. If your child isn’t grabbing, or even if they are but not at the fish, you have to do it for them if you want the lights. I do it, b/c my daughter loves the lights! I guess you can’t have it all!

My baby is now 5 mo.’s old. For some reason he never wanted to stay in it long when he was younger. Now he might last in it 15 min’s at the most. The speeds do not vary even though it has 8 speeds. One of the hanging fish do not have the plastic cut out so you can hang something from it. The box shows it should. The model in the store is the same as mine. Overall, this swing will do but it could use some improvements.

I received this as a shower gift and didn’t have the reciept. The very first time I used it my daughter loved it!! But the next day it wouldn’t work. I thought I forgot to turn something off and accidentally drained the batteries. So I was very concious the next 3 times I used it (after carefully reading the instructions) to turn it off. Yet everytime the batteries were dead. I couldn’t return since I didn’t have the reciept. I called Fisher Price to explain the problem. The service representative informed me that I would have to ship some of the parts (at my cost) back to them and they would send me a new one. I really don’t think its fair that I have to pay for shipping to return a malfunctioning product. I already spent $65.00 (ok, not me but my family member did) to purchase it and it never worked properly. In the same phone call I also informed the service rep about another fisher price toy my daughter recieved that also broke. The sparkling symphony gym worked great for a few months but then the music started skipping and stuttering. I checked the batteries, it wasn’t that. I think there was a short in the electrical wiring. She explained that they no longer make that product and make something else instead so there was nothing they could do. So, nice waste of about $90.00 I told her there was something I could do, not buy any of there products anymore.

The product was received in a timely manner. However, it was not shipped in a shipping box, but rather in the products own box. It arrived bashed and torn. It was very bad. I called UPS and asked what to do. They said I could open the box to inspect the contents. If any damage was present i could file a claim with them or contact the shipper. The product appeared to be ok. Wasn’t happy about it at all though.

I bought this swing after reading all the nice reviews on various websites. The first time I bought it, the product did not work. I had to return and get another one. My daughter barely used it since she did not like it that much. I then packed it away so I could use it for my next child. When I unpacked it after the birth of my second daughter, I found that the aquarium on the side had started leaking. The fluid is all oily and the whole swing is covered in that. Also, when I put in new batteries, it did not work.

Overall, I have had a very bad experience with this swing!!
